Audience: Where are you from?
When you're a webmaster (or, in this case, rather blogmaster…), it is always interesting to shell a little statistics of visitors who come to walk by you. So, in the tradition of my article the other day, I hulled:
Since the statistics are in place on this blog, you are 345'966 to coming to watch 552'815 pages. Impressive, no? But in perspective when we know that these stats are in place for 9 years. In fact, the peak of popularity of this blog, it was in 2008 and 2009. Since then, after a low of 2013 to 2015, stand a bit in 2016. Through changes in SEO tools, I think.
And where are you? You are 60% male, 90% of francophones. In 2016, you were 60% of Swiss and 30% of french, while in 2008 or 2009, you were more like 60% of french and 30% of Swiss. The Belgians are fairly constant, with 4%.
There are very few visitors "faithful": A large part of the visits come from search engines, and only 10% to enter you come back several times.
Besides, more than 70% of visits are old (or even very old…) articles that talk from Amazon and customs fees to the Switzerland, or the repair of Kärcher. Pretty interesting observation…
As a general rule, we can see that covered items are the ones that required as much "time to write": concatenations of web links, or the times of press releases, or States of mind, nobody is interested.
For example, this article, it will not record audience beat!
